Refund & Exchange Policy – Scooter_super

At Scooter_super, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide the following Refund & Exchange Policy in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original accessories and packaging.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

2. Exchanges

  • If a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be inspected by our technical team. If the defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired or replaced, in accordance with the warranty terms.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the request is due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by Scooter_super.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable regulations.

5. Special Conditions for Electric Scooters

  • Electric scooters cannot be returned once they have been used, ridden, or modified in any way.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, brake discs, inner tubes, grips, lights, bearings, and other consumable parts.
  • Actual performance, including top speed and riding range, may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, weather conditions, riding style, and battery condition.
