Warranty Policy – Scooter_super

At Scooter_super, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Warranty Period

  • The warranty period for each product is specified on the product page or purchase invoice.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:

  • The motor
  • The controller
  • The battery (only if the fault is determined to be a manufacturing defect)
  • Electronic components covered under the product's warranty

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Failure to use the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized persons or service centers.
  • Water damage, unless the product is specifically designed and rated for use in such conditions.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake systems, brake pads, grips, lights, decorative parts, and other consumable components, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim:

  • The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The product will be inspected by the Scooter_super technical team to determine the cause of the issue.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Scooter_super will, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, repair the product, replace the defective part, or replace the product.
  • If the issue is determined not to be covered under this warranty, the customer will be informed of the repair costs before any work is carried out.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component.
  • This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses, except where such limitations are prohibited under the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
  • Product performance, including speed, range, and battery life, may vary depending on rider weight, riding style, terrain, weather conditions, and battery condition.
  • This warranty does not affect any statutory rights granted to consumers under the applicable consumer protection laws of the State of Kuwait.
